Gathering at the Grand Event — Exploring Together, Creating the Industry's Future
At the 2026 Automotive Testing and Quality Monitoring Expo, W-ibeda Technology made a collective debut with five major business segments: intelligent test equipment, powertrain testing, certification and inspection, intelligent-driving and connectivity testing, and battery testing.

As the automotive industry's electrification and intelligent transformation continue to advance, the dimensions of validation for complete vehicles and components keep expanding, placing higher demands on the completeness, standardization, and accuracy of testing. Drawing on years of technical accumulation and project experience in the automotive testing field, W-ibeda Technology has built five standardized testing business systems, spanning multiple sub-segments including test equipment R&D, powertrain testing, compliance testing and certification, intelligent-driving testing, and traction-battery testing.

At the same time, it has extended its long-accumulated technical capabilities in intelligent perception, environmental simulation, and motion-condition testing to the experimental validation work for tracks such as humanoid robots and low-altitude aircraft, and can link with top domestic professional testing platform resources to supplement specialized testing capabilities such as wind tunnels and complex real-vehicle scenarios, thereby providing industry customers with supporting testing technology and service support.

Addressing the Pain Points — Full-Category Validation Is the Core of Automotive Quality Upgrading
Currently, in automotive R&D and mass-production stages, the industry widely faces issues such as fragmented testing services, insufficient scenario coverage, scarce specialized resources, and cumbersome certification processes. A single test is hard-pressed to simultaneously meet the multi-dimensional validation needs of fuel vehicles, hybrids, pure EVs, and intelligent connected vehicles, easily leading to inadequate validation. Beyond ground-based intelligent carriers, emerging equipment such as humanoid robots and low-altitude aircraft equally impose stringent experimental validation requirements on attitude stability, motion control, environmental adaptability, and load conditions, yet the third-party testing resources that can be deployed at present are relatively limited.

Addressing this situation, W-ibeda integrates its self-developed equipment, proprietary laboratories, and professional technical teams to connect the five major testing business segments, enabling it to concurrently undertake specialized testing for powertrains, traction batteries, intelligent-driving systems, and various components, closing the gaps in single-scenario testing and matching the real R&D and quality-control business needs of OEMs and component enterprises.
Beyond ground-based intelligent carriers, equipment such as humanoid robots and low-altitude aircraft (eVTOL) equally impose stringent experimental validation requirements on attitude stability, motion control, aerodynamic performance, noise, environmental adaptability, and load conditions. Among these, low-altitude carriers also require specialized wind-tunnel tests covering aerodynamics, rotors, ducted propulsion, thermal environments, and rain-snow-sunlight exposure. Such large-scale testing facilities entail a high barrier to investment, and the third-party testing resources available to the industry are relatively limited.

Diversified Testing — Multi-Dimensional Scenario Coverage, Full-Process Product Quality Assurance
Relying on its proprietary laboratories, self-developed testing equipment, and professional technical teams, W-ibeda Technology's five business segments can deliver multi-category, multi-scenario automotive testing and validation, covering routine stages such as product R&D, prototype finalization, durability verification, mass-production quality control, and compliance inspection.

Intelligent Test Equipment: W-ibeda possesses independent R&D and integration capabilities for automotive powertrain-class testing equipment, with products suited to testing scenarios for core components such as engines, transmissions, hybrid transmissions, new-energy e-drives, and turbochargers. The accompanying environmental simulation equipment supports routine environmental-condition tests including high temperature, low temperature, temperature-humidity cycling, and condensation, meeting the installation and testing requirements of transverse and longitudinal hybrid transmissions, and serving basic use scenarios such as laboratory R&D validation, durability testing, and production-line end-of-line inspection.

E-Drive and Engine Whole-Vehicle Testing Services: The business covers testing of both traditional fuel powertrains and new-energy e-drive systems. It can conduct routine tests on engines including power performance, economy, durability and reliability, environmental adaptability, and performance calibration; and can complete experiments on motors, electronic controls, reducers, and hybrid powertrains covering efficiency, operating-condition durability, and environmental adaptation, while also supporting vehicle-matching validation tests for powertrains. Testing procedures benchmark against national standards, industry standards, and common enterprise specifications.
Certification and Inspection Services: Providing routine commissioned testing, performance verification, reliability testing, and report issuance services for complete vehicles and components, covering categories such as powertrain components, new-energy "three-electric" components, and in-vehicle parts. It can conduct testing items including environmental reliability, mechanical durability, and basic safety protection, supporting customers' full-process needs from R&D validation and internal quality control to compliance inspection.

Intelligent-Driving and Connected-Vehicle Testing Services: Focusing on testing of mass-production ADAS and in-vehicle connected devices, it can conduct real-vehicle operating-condition tests of ADAS active-safety functions, verifying the functional effectiveness and operational stability of intelligent-driving assistance systems, while also conducting basic performance tests of in-vehicle smart terminals and connected devices, adapting to the iterative optimization needs of mass-production models.
Drawing on years of testing experience accumulated in motion control, environmental simulation, and perception-system validation, W-ibeda Technology has extended its experimental validation capabilities toward humanoid robots and low-altitude-economy carriers. For humanoid robots, it can conduct R&D experiments on joint drive components, attitude-sensing modules, and motion-control systems covering environmental adaptability, durability, and operating-condition simulation, verifying the robots' motion stability and control reliability under different environments. For components of low-altitude aircraft, eVTOL flying cars, and other carriers, it can complete environmental simulation and bench operating-condition tests of perception units, powertrain components, and control systems. For specialized tests requiring large-scale wind-tunnel facilities—such as aeroacoustics, rotor performance, flight-propulsion coupling, and thermal rain-snow-sunlight exposure—it collaborates with domestic public wind-tunnel testing platforms, covering R&D-stage validation work including force and pressure measurement of aircraft scale models, rotor/electric-duct propulsion performance, flow-induced vibration, and thermal-environment protection, supporting customers' product iterative optimization.

Battery Testing Services: Conducting standardized tests for traction-battery cells, modules, packs, and BMS systems, covering test items such as charge-discharge performance, capacity-rate, cycle life, high-low-temperature storage, temperature-humidity aging, and environmental adaptability, providing reliable data support for battery product R&D finalization and mass-production quality control.
All testing work is strictly executed in accordance with customers' standards and specifications, effectively identifying complex problems in product design, production, and assembly stages, helping customers optimize product performance, strengthen quality control, and reduce market-application risks.
